From first request to paid, in one record.
Your page takes the request. You hold the time and quote. The customer approves and pays a deposit from a private link, and the balance follows on time.

Four steps, one customer record
Customers ask from your page
They pick a service and a time. Fountain checks your hours, rooms and other bookings, and offers another time if it clashes.
You hold the time and quote
A hold keeps the time for 48 hours. Start the quote from your template, adjust the lines and send it as a private link.
They approve and pay a deposit
They pick a package and any extras, sign your terms by typing their name, and pay by card or bank through Stripe, or by Zelle, mobile money or another way you list. The booking confirms itself when the deposit arrives.
The balance follows on time
Fountain invoices the balance with a due date, reminds the customer once three days before, and tells you if it goes overdue.
Your clients and team in one place
Each client and company keeps every request, booking, quote, payment, email, note and task on one timeline. Invite your team by email: owners see everything, managers run the day, staff see their own bookings, deals and tasks. PelQi follows the same rules.
Records kept apart
Each business's records are separated in the database itself. Every change is recorded with who made it and when.

Connects to the tools you already use
Working today on every plan: card and bank payments through Stripe; Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Square and mobile money on the same books; a request form for your own website; email to your customers; Gmail; Outlook mail; Google Meet; Microsoft Teams; Google Drive; WhatsApp chat links; CSV exports for Excel; and imports from Calendly, Acuity, Square, Fresha, Vagaro, Booksy, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Google Contacts, QuickBooks and any spreadsheet. On Growth: two-way sync with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and Apple Calendar; and webhooks for Zapier and Make in both directions. On the way: Square, PayPal, Slack, Zoom, QuickBooks Online and WhatsApp messages sent for you (once Meta approves it). Names and logos belong to their owners; Fortis is not a partner of any of them.

Questions people ask
No. Fountain gives you a public page with your services, photos and a request form. Many businesses start with nothing else. If you already have a site, Fountain can start your page from it, and your request form can sit on it too.
Through Stripe, by card or bank payment, from their private portal, or any other way you list on their invoice, such as Zelle or mobile money; you record those when the money arrives.
Yes. Your section sets the default, and every quote can have its own deposit and balance date.
An unpaid hold lapses after 48 hours and the time frees up. An overdue balance shows on your home page, and PelQi can draft a reminder for you to approve.
